unlisted.

Twenty fields. One press.

Every careers site asks for the same twenty things. Unlisted Autofill types them into the company's own form, attaches your resume, and leaves the submit button to you.

Twenty minutes, every time

  • Type your name, email and phone again
  • Paste the LinkedIn link, then the GitHub link
  • Find the resume file, upload it, wait
  • Answer the same five questions about work authorization
  • Open a spreadsheet to note what you applied to

One press

  • The form fills itself, resume attached
  • The report names what it filled and what it left for you
  • You read it over and press the company's submit
  • The job lands in your tracker as Applying

The report names what it filled and what it left for you. Equal opportunity questions are never touched.

How it works

  1. Install and fill your details once

Name, contact, links, resume. It takes two minutes in the extension's own window. Free, no account.

  2. Press Fill on any application

A Fill button appears on the application page of all eight systems. One press fills the form. On any other careers site, press the icon and choose Fill this page.

  3. Review and press the company's submit

The extension never submits for you. It tells you what it filled and what it left for you.

Free, for anyone

  • Name, email, phone, city and country
  • Current company and title
  • LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio and other links
  • Your resume, attached as a file
  • Works on every application page of the eight systems

With an Unlisted plan

  • The yes and no questions: work authorization, sponsorship, relocation
  • Cover letter, salary expectation, years of experience, notice period
  • Your profile in your account: fill it once, every browser you connect gets it
  • A resume you import on the site fills the profile and travels as a PDF
  • Every application you fill lands in your tracker as Applying, then Applied when you submit

Applying, then Applied, by itself

Press Fill and the job appears on your tracker board as Applying. When you press the company's submit, it moves to Applied. If the extension is not sure you submitted, it leaves the card where it is and you move it. It never guesses.

The tracker is part of every Unlisted plan.

What stays where

Without an account, everything you type stays in your browser. With an account, your profile is stored in your Unlisted account and nowhere else, and you can disconnect any browser from your application profile. The extension runs on its own only on the eight application systems and on unlisted.careers; elsewhere, only on the tab where you press its icon. The details are in the privacy policy.

What it never does

  • Submit an application for you.
  • Answer equal opportunity questions.
  • Read pages outside the eight systems and unlisted.careers, unless you press its icon on that tab.
  • Sell or share your details. Ever.

Questions

Where the data goes, what it never touches, what it costs.

Without an account, they stay in your browser and nowhere else. With an Unlisted account, your application profile is stored in that account so every browser you connect gets it, and you can disconnect any browser from your profile page. Nothing is sold or shared.
No. The free extension fills your name, contact details, links and resume on every application page of the eight systems. An Unlisted plan adds the yes and no questions, the cover letter, salary and notice period, and the tracker that follows each application.
Never. It fills the form and shows a report of what it filled and what it left for you. You review everything and press the company's own submit button. Equal opportunity questions are never touched.
Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Recruitee and Teamtailor. That covers most careers sites at companies of every size. It runs on its own on those systems; on any other careers site you press the extension icon and choose Fill this page, and it works only on that tab, only then.
The extension is free. An Unlisted plan is 19 dollars a month, or 49 dollars once for permanent access, and includes the full autofill, the tracker, the job search and the alerts.
Yes. Any desktop browser that installs from the Chrome Web Store can run it. There is no Firefox or Safari version yet.

The next application takes a minute.

Install it, fill your details once, and never type them into a careers site again.
