Seven applicant tracking systems, each swept on its own schedule every four hours. Workable rate limits our sweeps, so its listings get checked less often than the rest.

How we measure it

Checked

Our sweep reads every company's own applicant tracking system through its public API, board by board, every four hours. A role counts as checked at the moment the sweep sees it still listed there.

Removed

When a role is no longer on its board, the next sweep closes it here. It leaves search, the feed, alerts and its public page in the same pass. Nothing is kept up because it used to be open.

Measured, not asserted

Every number on this page is computed from the catalog when the page renders, cached for an hour. Nothing here is a target or an estimate.

What this does not claim

A company can leave a role posted after it has stopped hiring, and we can only see what its board shows. Checked means still listed at the source, not still hiring.
