Unlisted is a paid job search platform, operated under the trade name Unlisted Multiple Careers from Mexico City, Mexico. We read job openings from employers’ own applicant tracking systems through their public APIs and make them searchable in one place, with saved searches, email alerts, resume matching, and an application tracker. These terms govern your use of it; creating an account means you accept them and our privacy policy.

• You must be at least 18 to use Unlisted or buy a plan.
• Keep your account information accurate and your credentials to yourself.
• An account and its paid access are for one person. Sharing, selling, or transferring an account is not allowed.

Unlisted sells three plans, all processed by Stripe and all renewing automatically until you cancel: $24 per month, $49 every three months, and $99 per year. All three give the same access to the catalog; the longer plans additionally allow more resumes and faster job alerts.

A lifetime plan was sold before $49 and is no longer available to buy. Anyone who bought one keeps it: that access is permanent, nothing renews, and nothing is billed again.

• The monthly plan renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• The lifetime plan is a single payment for access for as long as Unlisted operates. It is not a promise that the service will exist forever.
• We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price increase.

If Unlisted is not for you, email support@unlisted.careers within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no reason needed. Renewal charges and later payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Every listing comes from an employer’s own career site or applicant tracking system. We work to keep them fresh and correctly labeled, and we close listings when they disappear from the source, but the employer owns the content:

• We are not the employer, a recruiter, or an agent for either side.
• Applying always happens on the company’s own site, never through us.
• Listings are collected and indexed in an automated way. Showing a job or an employer is not an endorsement: we do not screen employers, and you are responsible for your own due diligence before applying or sharing personal information.
• Verify a listing and its requirements with the employer before you rely on it. We cannot guarantee any listing is accurate, still open, or will lead to a job.
• Labels we compute and attach to a listing (salary figures, freshness, match scores, categories) are informational aids, not guaranteed facts.

• No scraping, bulk exporting, or reselling the listings or any other part of the service.
• No sharing accounts or circumventing the paid access gate.
• No reverse engineering, probing, or disrupting the service.
• No uploading malware or content you have no right to share.

The Unlisted software, design, and brand are ours. Your plan gives you a limited, personal right to use the service, which you cannot transfer, while your access lasts. Job listing content belongs to the employers who published it; your resume stays yours.

If you own the rights to content shown on Unlisted, or you are an employer who wants a listing corrected or removed, email support@unlisted.careers with the listing link and the reason. We review promptly and remove or disable content when the request is substantiated, and we can exclude a company’s listings from our index on request. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content are closed.

Unlisted is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that every opening on the internet appears here, or that using Unlisted will get you hired. Match scores and resume tools are informational aids computed by software, not professional career advice, and no hiring outcome is promised or implied. We are not liable for actions you take or do not take in reliance on a listing. We build for freshness and coverage; we cannot promise perfection.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Unlisted and cancel at any time. We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms or whose payments fail, and we can retire the service itself; if we ever do, lifetime plan holders are notified by email well in advance.

When these terms change materially, we email every account at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Using Unlisted after that date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City. If you use Unlisted as a consumer, nothing in these terms deprives you of protections granted by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and where that law gives you the right, you may bring claims in your local courts.

• If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Not enforcing a term once does not waive our right to enforce it later.
• You may not assign your account or these terms; we may assign them as part of a sale or merger of the business.
• Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
• These terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and Unlisted about the service.
