The Role This is a phone role. That is the entire job. You log into the CRM, you click dial, and the dialer does the rest. You talk, you qualify, you book, and you make sure they show up. You are booking consultations with founders and marketing leaders at 7, 8 and 9 figure ecommerce brands. What you're responsible for 100 dials per day minimum. Our best setters do more. 7 booked appointments per week. That is the floor to keep the seat, not the target. 15 booked appointments per week. That is what a producing setter looks like. A 70%+ show rate. Booking the call is half the job. Getting them to actually show up is the other half. Your own confirmations and your own no-show rebooking. If someone ghosts, that is your appointment to save. Who we are looking for You have booked at least 50 appointments in the past, or have personally closed at least $50,000 in the past You are hungry to earn a high income You can work EST hours (EST) This is full time. You are not running an agency, freelancing, or building something else on the side You have clear, confident spoken English and you are comfortable being on the phone all day You claim unreasonable accountability for everything that happens in your life Compensation Base: $1,000 USD/month $60 USD for every appointment that shows You are paid on shows, not bookings. An appointment that does not sit is worth nothing to either of us. There is no commission on closed deals. What that actually looks like: 7 booked per week (the floor): roughly 21 shows per month, about $2,260/month 15 booked per week (producing): roughly 45 shows per month, about $3,700/month 25 booked per week (top of the team): roughly 76 shows per month, about $5,560/month
