Senior Product Designer (f/m/d)

We develop scalable, flexible solutions for the online retail of the future, from ERP systems to shop and marketplace integrations. You'll help reimagine complex, data-heavy B2B and ERP software for over 50,000 e-commerce merchants in an AI-native world. It's a role that goes beyond UI/UX — you'll shape design strategy and help build a consistent, high-quality design culture. We work AI-first, so tools like Figma AI and design assistants are part of how we create every day. Your Responsibilities Evolve and scale our design system across multiple products — patterns, tokens, and components Apply UX methods like user research, journey mapping, and usability testing throughout product development Structure complex, ambiguous problems and turn them into clear UX strategies Present design decisions with confidence and bring teams and leadership along Mentor other designers and drive iterative improvements based on user feedback and data You have 5+ years in UI/UX design, ideally including 2+ years in a senior or lead role You're proficient in Figma and use AI-assisted design tools such as Figma AI, Galileo, Midjourney, or ChatGPT/Claude for UX writing You have strong B2B experience with complex, data-heavy applications and a portfolio of real products you've shipped You've designed AI-powered features and conversational UIs, and you integrate LLM capabilities into your design workflows You can own and evolve a design system across multiple products — not just consume one — and you're comfortable structuring ambiguous, complex problems independently You are fluent in English Remote-first within Germany, with the option to work remotely from eligible countries for up to 180 days per year Meal allowance of up to €115 net per month Ergonomic workspace allowance for your home office setup Regular team events, company-wide gatherings, and summer and Christmas parties to stay connected as a remote-first company EGYM Wellpass and JobRad subsidy Financial benefits including capital-forming payments (Vermögenswirksame Leistungen) and a company pension scheme
