Clinical Aide - Part Time

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate Clinical Aide for part-time weekend shifts in Gilman, IL. Sitting at the intersection of clinical care and daily operations, this role offers a rare opportunity to grow in either direction — toward therapy and patient care, or program leadership and operations. You'll help keep clients engaged during a critical window of treatment through direct support, group facilitation, and team communication.
