Job Summary The Disaster Recovery Analyst supports the enterprise DR program by maintaining recovery documentation, inventory information, dependency data, testing materials, metrics, and compliance evidence. This role works with technology teams and stakeholders to gather recovery information, update RTO/RPO documentation, support test execution, and track corrective actions. The Analyst contributes to consistent, audit-ready recovery documentation and supports readiness activities under moderate guidance. Job Description What You'll Do: Essential Job Functions & Tasks: Maintain assigned DR inventory, recovery objective, contact, dependency, evidence, and recovery documentation records in approved enterprise systems. Gather and validate recovery information from technology teams, including RTO/RPO data, recovery dependencies, supporting infrastructure, vendor contacts, and cloud/SaaS recovery information. Support tabletop, functional, and scenario-based recovery tests by preparing materials, capturing evidence, documenting results, and tracking follow-up actions. Organize audit and regulatory evidence and identify missing, stale, or incomplete documentation for review by senior team members. Maintain metrics and status inputs for recovery readiness, test completion, documentation quality, and corrective-action tracking. Support DR input into training curriculum and readiness materials aligned to enterprise standards. Preferred Requirements: Basic knowledge of DR/BC principles, ServiceNow/CMDB, documentation management, testing support, and certifications such as ABCP, ITIL, or equivalent. Work Experience Requirements are listed below: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, IT Operations, Technology Resilience, Infrastructure, Cloud, Technology Risk, or related disciplines. Associate degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience; or high school diploma/GED and minimum of 7 years of related experience; or high school diploma/GED with relevant certifications and minimum of 6 years of related experience.
