Job Description We're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead facility maintenance operations and help ensure our buildings, equipment, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well maintained. This is a working leadership role where you'll oversee daily maintenance activities, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, assign and prioritize work orders, and support a team of maintenance professionals. You'll be balancing hands-on facility oversight with planning, reporting, and team leadership. If you enjoy solving problems, leading people, and taking ownership of facility performance, we'd love to hear from you. ________________________________________ What You'll Do Lead Daily Maintenance Operations • Supervise and support maintenance technicians and other facility personnel • Prioritize, assign, and monitor daily maintenance activities • Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members Maintain Facility Systems & Equipment • Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems and infrastructure • Routinely inspect and maintain: o HVAC systems o Electrical systems o Plumbing systems o Fire alarms and sprinkler systems o Security cameras and related building systems o Building structures, grounds, and exterior assets • Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate corrective actions Manage Preventive Maintenance Programs • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and procedures • Ensure preventive maintenance standards are followed across facilities and equipment • Monitor performance and recommend process improvements to increase reliability and efficiency Drive Work Order & Facility Management Processes • Utilize the Facility Maintenance System (FMS) to prioritize, track, and close work orders • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting • Coordinate vendor services, repairs, and inspections as needed Promote Safety & Compliance • Support the development and implementation of facility maintenance policies and standards • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable regulations • Lead and coordinate maintenance-related safety training • Support emergency response efforts and address urgent facility issues as they arise ________________________________________ What Success Looks Like • Facility systems remain safe, operational, and compliant • Preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule • Work orders are prioritized and resolved efficiently • Maintenance technicians are supported, trained, and productive • Building and grounds inspections identify issues before they impact operations • Safety standards are consistently followed across the facility ________________________________________ Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or related experience.
