Location: In-home and in clinic setting – Lexington, OH Pay: $17-$22 per hour Hours: - Monday - Friday: 3:30PM-6:30PM - We can accommodate more hours if you prefer a full-time schedule! SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Lexington, OH. Why Join Us? Your Role: - Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans - Teach communication, daily living, and social skills - Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs - Support families through parent training and consistent communication - Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory. What You Bring: - 1+ year experience with children - Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills - A passion for helping children grow and succeed - Reliable transportation to client homes in Lexington Job Details: - Part-time: 15+ hours/week - Pay: $17–$22/hr - Benefits: PTO, professional development - Training: 40 hour online required once hired Join a company that values people over profit.
