Job Summary We are looking for a Commercial Mobile HVAC & Maintenance Technician to service multiple commercial properties throughout Morristown, NJ and surrounding areas . The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience along with hands-on commercial building maintenance/handyman experience . This position will primarily handle HVAC maintenance and service tickets, while also performing general repairs and maintenance as needed. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and HVAC control issues. Service equipment such as rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, boilers, pumps, and related equipment. Respond to HVAC and general maintenance service tickets at commercial properties. Perform general handyman repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other building repairs . Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in a clean and organized condition. Communicate professionally with customers and provide updates on completed work and additional service needs. Complete service documentation and follow all safety requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience required. Commercial building maintenance/handyman experience strongly preferred. Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting . EPA 608 Universal Certification required. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between customer locations. Ability to work independently and respond professionally to customer needs. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other commercial environments. Schedule Requirements Must be available for overtime and occasional emergency/on-call service, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed. Position requires travel between multiple commercial customer locations in the Morristown, NJ area and surrounding markets.
