You will join the Customer Experience team and will be responsible for delivering a 5* customer satisfaction . We strive to offer the best customer experience and your mission is to pursue our innovative, intuitive and above all customer-oriented vision to provide our clients a unique experience. Your mission Constantly coach our Batmaids with care and cleverness Offer customised solutions to our clients Negotiate with agents and clients to fix last-minute issues Ensure 100% service satisfaction Work with the management team to solve complex cases Participate in projects on operational continuous improvement and process development Become a pro in execution/time management/team playing and much more! Your weapons A sociable, friendly and positive attitude. Fluent English and German, French is a plus. Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills. Ability to perform with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision. Humble, hard-working, self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
