Strong client-facing, leadership, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills are essential, while headhunting experience is an advantage. ✨ Why You’ll Love Working With Us ₱15,000 sign-on bonus Annual Bonus and Salary Reviews Comprehensive HMO + 1 free dependent 30 days paid leave (vacation, sick and wellness) - with cash conversion Real growth — workshops, training and clear career pathways Great culture — team events, employee fairs, and monthly games with exciting prizes Tenure rewards — milestone gifts at 1, 5 and 10 years 2 days weekly rest for a better work-life balance Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client and internal roles Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and Boolean search Handle high-volume recruitment while meeting quality and turnaround targets Conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews and prepare candidate endorsements Partner with clients and hiring managers to align on recruitment priorities and expectations Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements Track candidate progress, recruitment activity, and hiring metrics accurately Support team members while adapting quickly to changing and competing priorities What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field Minimum 7 years of solid recruitment experience Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and high-volume hiring Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience Strong leadership, mentoring, or team support capability Excellent English communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills Highly organised, detail-oriented, tech savvy and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, and recruitment tools; headhunting experience is an advantage Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
