Description Digitain is seeking a self-motivated, passionate and detail-oriented professional to fill the vacancy Junior Financial Risk Specialist. This position is shift-based and includes morning, evening and night shifts. R esponsibilities Investigate, classify, and prioritize various forms of fraudulent users and payment concerning activities Establish risk and fraud avoidance measures Monitor and analyze customers' attitudes Support, approve and define limits of Company branches Approve customer’s withdrawal requests Requirements Graduate Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical field Experience in the gaming industry is required Strong knowledge of online payments, gaming accounts, banking, and payment processing is a plus Excellent knowledge of Russian and English languages Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Advanced computer skills and familiarity with various risk analysis tools Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills Ability to assess and manage risk with attention to detail In-depth knowledge of sports games and casino games, with a strong understanding of the gaming industry dynamics. Mathematical thinking and a high level of accuracy Excellent punctuality, communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility Motivation and eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to the fast-evolving industry Strong planning, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
