Description Imagine Live is looking for an experienced Pit Boss to oversee live gaming operations in our Madrid studio. This role is key to ensuring game integrity, operational excellence, and a high-quality player experience in a fast-paced environment. The position is shift-based. Responsibilities Supervise live table operations and ensure full compliance with gaming procedures and standards Monitor dealer performance and provide real-time feedback and support Act as the main point of escalation for operational issues during the shift Ensure fair play and monitor player behavior, reporting any irregularities Handle live chat interactions related to complaints, disputes, or responsible gaming concerns Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth daily operations Prepare reports and communicate key insights to management Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) Previous experience in live gaming, casino operations, or similar environments is highly desirable Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent attention to detail and integrity Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility to work shifts What we offer Competitive salary Dynamic and international work environment Career growth opportunities Ongoing training and development Supportive team culture
