JOB PURPOSE The Logistics Operator operate a forklift and reach truck or industrial truck to move materials, goods, and products within a warehouse, construction site, manufacturing facility, or other industrial settings. Drivers play a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain process, ensuring the efficient and safe movement of heavy and bulky items. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse Transporting materials to different locations within the Optimizing loads to ensure operational Securing loads to the machine before Inspecting for damage to Identifying workplace safety Adhering to safety management Adhering to production QUALIFICATION High school diploma or equivalent. Valid forklift & Reach Truck operator certification or license. Proven experience as a forklift and reach truck driver, typically a minimum of 3 years. Strong knowledge of forklift and reach truck operation and safety best practices. Familiarity with inventory management software and systems (e.g., WMS). Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work in variable weather conditions and temperature-controlled environments as needed.
