The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR Manager and VP of Talent & Culture. This role assists with organizing HR processes, supporting onboarding activities, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department. This position has visibility into confidential information and requires professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to help build structure and organization within a growing department. Key Responsibilities: HR Support Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire documentation Support organization of employee records and HR files Respond to general employee inquiries and escalate as appropriate Assist with tracking required employment documentation Provide administrative support across HR initiatives as assigned Department & Administrative Support Assist in organizing HR folders, systems, and documentation Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and VP of Talent & Culture Help coordinate meetings, interviews, and internal communications Provide front desk coverage and perform receptionist duties as required Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in HR support, office administration, or related role Experience handling confidential or sensitive information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills Ability to maintain appropriate workplace boundaries Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus Reporting Structure This position reports to the HR Manager and works closely with the VP of Talent & Culture. *Please include a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and interest in joining HB Construction.
