The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable in crafting cocktails, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. 💰 Pay: $16.90-$17.50/hour plus tips 🕒 Position: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling Available) Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Ensure guests are of legal drinking age and follow all alcohol service laws Monitor alcohol consumption and act responsibly in guest interactions Keep inventory stocked and notify manager of supply needs Assist with opening and closing duties Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience in a full-service bar or restaurant Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, pouring techniques, and responsible alcohol service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Must be 21+ years old and have or be willing to obtain a California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification and Food Handler Card Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Paid Sick Leave Employee Dining Discount 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance for qualifying individuals (based on hours worked and eligibility)
