About the Role As a Superintendent, you'll lead field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and work closely with Project Managers to keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll be a hands-on leader who takes ownership, solves problems, and sets the tone for excellence on every project. What You'll Do : Lead and coordinate crews and subcontractors Maintain project schedules and quality standards Read and interpret construction plans and specifications Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners Promote jobsite safety and company standards Anticipate challenges and keep projects moving forward Mentor team members and foster a positive jobsite culture Bags-on and hands-on support as needed. What We're Looking For : 5+ years of construction experience Leadership experience in commercial and/or residential construction Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to read construction plans Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Most importantly, we're looking for someone who: Leads by example Has a strong work ethic Communicates honestly and professionally Takes pride in quality craftsmanship Treats coworkers, clients, and partners with respect Fits our team culture and values Why Uniplex ?
