HIRING Customer Service Professional!

John the Plumber is a family run operation that has been servicing our community for more than 40 years. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a customer-oriented service representative to join our team. A customer service representative, or CSP, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. We are seeking a CSP that is genuinely excited to help our customers. Our CSPs must be patient, empathetic and respectful to our clients at all times. We are seeking a person with strong problem-solving skills and is confident at troubleshooting issues to resolve customer concerns. Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Qualifications: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Benefits Great Pay Health Care, Dental and 401K match Vacation + Holiday + Sick pay Long-term Disability Bonuses and spiffs
