Role Overview Join MeDirect as a Regulatory Affairs Manager and play a key role in managing the Bank's relationship with regulators while helping navigate an evolving regulatory landscape. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will contribute to important regulatory initiatives, assess regulatory developments, and help ensure the Bank remains compliant with local and EU requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with a strong interest in banking regulation to gain exposure to high-impact projects, engage directly with regulatory authorities, and contribute to the continued growth and success of a leading digital bank. The selected candidate should be willing to relocate to the specified job location. Key Responsibilities Managing ongoing supervisory dialogue with various regulatory bodies Managing regulatory requests and the sharing of information with regulators Contribute to major workstreams stemming from key regulatory deliverables such as ICAAP/ILAAP, SREP, and OSIs Leading the assessment of major regulatory updates, ensuring the Bank’s timely response through legal interpretation and actionable strategies Work closely with the Head of Department on various tasks and projects, contributing to the team’s overall success Requirements & Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Banking, or a related field, and 2-3 year’s experience in regulatory affairs, compliance or related area Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both internal teams and external regulators A genuine interest in financial and banking regulatory matters. Knowledge of local and EU financial services regulations is an asset Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
