What You’ll Do Assist with site preparation and cleanup Follow all safety procedures and site instructions Use hand tools and small equipment safely Support excavation, grading, pipework, and utility installation tasks Prep, dig, spread, and level construction materials Load, unload, carry, and organize materials, tools, and supplies What You Can Expect From Us Competitive wages starting at $25.00/hr Annual bonus program Paid commute (*in some cases) Medical and dental benefits, life insurance, and RRSP matching Paid training and certifications Employee recognition program for achievements and milestones Full-time, year-round work with overtime opportunities A modern, innovative company culture A strong commitment to safety Fun company parties What We Need From You A valid driver’s license Ability to commute to jobsites around the Lower Mainland Proficiency in English Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs A positive attitude and ability to follow instructions Willingness to follow our Health & Safety Program A Note About Location Our head office is in Chilliwack, but most of our work is on jobsites throughout the Lower Mainland. You’ll usually commute directly to site, not to the Chilliwack office.
