Facility Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Facility Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our warehouse, facility, and vehicle fleet. This role is hands-on and diverse, requiring someone who can balance maintenance tasks with inventory and order management while ensuring our workspace and vehicles remain in top condition. Responsibilities Assist with daily warehouse and facility maintenance Manage website order preparation and fulfillment Create and ship items using shipping tools (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Maintain and track inventory/stock levels Support vehicle fleet upkeep, including scheduling tire checks, oil changes, and managing GPS trackers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and performing general facility upkeep Perform light cleaning, minor repairs, and restocking of office supplies Collaborate with the team to identify and solve operational challenges Qualifications & Skills Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with inventory management platforms Familiarity with Monday.com (preferred) Familiarity with FedEx & UPS shipping programs Light vehicle maintenance experience (oil checks, tires, basic upkeep) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and with a team Proactive, patient, and easy to work with
