HR&Admin/ Payroll Officer

The HR & Admin/Payroll Officer is responsible for managing payroll administration, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and employee relations activities, coordinating staff benefits, and overseeing administrative functions within the organization. The role ensures accurate and timely salary processing, compliance with statutory obligations, and efficient office administration. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Calculate salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, taxes, and other statutory contributions. Maintain employee personnel files and HR records. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes. Administer employee leave, attendance, and timekeeping records. Prepare payroll and HR reports for management. Liaise with relevant authorities on payroll and statutory compliance matters. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives. Coordinate office administration activities, including asset management and procurement requests. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HR, payroll, or administrative functions. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Good knowledge of labour legislation and payroll administration. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
