QC Engineer

Job Purpose & Context The QC Engineer is responsible for production line quality activities. Main Responsibilities Perform and maintain the quality checks on production line including IQC, IPQC, OQC and on-going witness sampling test. Apply solid understanding of quality control and manufacturing concepts to oversee the production. Issue report and work with cross-section team for FACA Output QC report. Train online QC operators Onsite customer audit Additional Responsibilities Onsite production management Ensure P2i intellectual property is protected. Identify opportunities for improvement both in the deployment process and business wide. Key Relationships and Interfaces P2i Project Management P2i Supply Chain P2i Service and Support teams P2i Product Specialists, R&D, and Engineering Academic Qualifications Bachelor Degree Essential Skills & Experience Knowledge and experience of the manufacturing processes used in high-volume consumer electronics devic Good Written and Reading English, CET-4 certificate Desirable Skills & Experience At least 3 years’ experience at quality management. Better to be Knowledge and experienced of SMT, plasma coating, consumable electronics related Formal project or programmed management qualification Basic quality skills: familiar with 7 QC, know 5 quality management tools, familiar with 8D report Knowledge of standard problem-solving methodologies Key Performance Indicators Customer satisfaction. No major quality accident . Yield meets target
