As a Project Manager at PIC, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and technical direction for large-scale construction projects—or multiple smaller ones. You'll interface with clients, oversee project execution, and ensure the work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Review project plans, specifications, and documents to build a full understanding of project requirements Develop construction execution plans that serve as the foundation for estimating and project delivery Lead project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution Oversee on-site operations and ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations Conduct site investigations to identify unique conditions or potential challenges Apply engineering practices to solve technical problems during planning and construction Prepare technical reports and studies as needed for specific bid items or project issues Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management—or equivalent industry experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction project management experience Industrial Construction experience required: Pulp and Paper, Corrugated and/or Food Industry a plus! Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Must be willing to travel and have a valid drivers license and Real ID or Passport Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 annually — Based on experience (DOE) Additional Compensation: * Company vehicle provided * Company cell phone and laptop provided * All project travel expenses paid by PIC Benefits: 100% Employer-Paid Cigna Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for employees 401(k) with 3% Company Matching Contribution Paid Time Off (PTO) including vacation, sick time, and 6 paid holidays
