We need an adaptable chef that enjoys delivering a range of delightful treats for our conference and hotel guests. Casual shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends What we need from you: Minimum of 1 years experience as a Baker If you have experience in Pastry, Restaurant or Conferencing kitchens, that is also valuable The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for (but not limited to) bakery production; and provide support as needed in Pastry production Effectivley minimises wastage and maintainins a clean, hygienic and safe working area Excellent time management and works well under pressure An eye for detail and high standards Be a team player and excellent communicator Have a positive can-do attitude and bring your best every day A qualification in Food Cookery or Culinary Arts is essential.
