*This is a 6-month contract position paid through a third party company.* Duties Develop creative, proactive sourcing strategies utilizing advanced search methods, social media and professional networks. Identify and engage with top professionals who may not be actively looking for a job. Review potential leads and initiate phone calls to assess interest levels. Conduct phone screens to determine individual qualifications in relation with open positions. Work alongside talent acquisition specialist with panel interviews through the onboarding process. Must perform duties in a safe, professional, and courteous manner to promote a positive image of the road commission for Oakland County. Requires a daily schedule that supports RCOC hours of operation. Regular and predictable onsite job attendance is an essential function of this position. Special Experience/Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Human Resources Development, Human Resource Administration, Education or related field. Possess strong planning, organizational and written/verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in hiring union employees or engineers (civil) a plus. Must possess and maintain a valid state of Michigan driver’s license. Disclaimer Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and possess a Valid Driver's License.
