Landscape Construction Crew Driver

Rea Landscape Management has proudly served Charleston since 2004, delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscaping services. We are seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Member to support daily operations, including landscape installation, irrigation, grading, and drainage. Responsibilities: Install landscapes, irrigation systems, drainage, and grading features Operate equipment (Bobcat, mini-excavators preferred) Read and follow landscape plans (preferred) Maintain clean and safe work sites Work in all weather conditions Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in landscape installation Experience with irrigation and grading (preferred) Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work Valid driver's license and clean driving record Team player with strong communication and attention to detail Benefits: Paid holidays and PTO Medical insurance 401(k) with company match Apply today and help us shape Charleston’s outdoor spaces!
