What You'll Do Execute high-quality carpentry across residential, commercial, and aviation projects Handle both structural work (framing) and finish carpentry (trim, doors, cabinetry) Read blueprints and follow detailed construction plans Collaborate with a tight-knit team to deliver results that exceed client expectations Represent Silver Maple's reputation for craftsmanship in every client interaction What You Bring Strong general carpentry skills, with experience in framing and structural work Skill in finish carpentry — trim, doors, and cabinetry installation Proficiency with hand tools and safe use of power tools Commitment to jobsite safety (OSHA and company guidelines) Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first attitude Physical ability to lift, stand, and work in varied conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites Previous residential or commercial construction experience preferred What We Offer $27–$36/hour , paid weekly, based on your skills and experience 15 days paid time off plus 7 paid holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Commuter bonus and mileage reimbursement No Resume Required — Come Meet Us We believe the right fit starts with a conversation, not paperwork.
