Technical position have rotations in our on-call schedule. Position Summary: Ideal candidates will have solid experience in one of our departments; installation, service, test & inspect, design, or administration. Strong technical skills alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a desire to complete assignments, and a capacity for continual learning. A full-time performance-based position requiring the ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals in a fast-paced low-voltage company. Duties & Responsibilities: Review and process all tasks as assigned. Takes ownership of issues and ensures problems are resolved promptly and professionally. Maintains a working knowledge of all company services pertaining to low voltage installation, maintenance, design processes, and procedures. Responds to inquiries from external and internal customers by phone and email. Initiates apt verbal and written communication for ultimate service and installation. Updates and maintains an accurate account of all activity. Utilize various online systems for all facets of the position. Collaborate with others in the office and the field to complete projects. Education & Required Skills: Accurate typing skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Must have excellent attendance Must be computer savvy and have the ability to multi-task Demonstrates sound logic Works well under pressure Works in compliance with Federal and State codes NICET Certification Denver Journeyman and various other licenses a bonus Pass a 10-panel drug test Pass a criminal background check
