Web Designer

Overview White Label Agency is a WordPress outsourcing company. Our customers are digital marketing and advertising agencies from the US and Europe. Our job is to take care of WordPress development, Design, and other services for them. We are looking for a creative web designer to work primarily on web design projects for our clients as well as on designs for our own website and marketing material. This is a full-time on-site job in Poltava Key Responsibilities Create web designs for our clients and for our corporate website, Come up with smart graphics and icons for visualizations and infographics (e.g. for our blog), and develop other types of advertisements and promotional material (such as banners, brochures, etc.). Work closely with the Development and Sales teams to create astonishing web designs as well as other visual materials Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and ensure visual materials are of the highest quality Requirements Proven experience in web design (the portfolio together with your CV is required when applying) Experience with vector graphics (development of logo, patterns, icons, etc.) Excellent knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Acrobat Knowledge of the modern tendencies in web design (adaptability, flat design, typography) Knowledge of Design Guidelines Experience with HTML and CSS Excellent knowledge of English (both verbal and written) Experience working with Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs) Interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with colleagues, and management Good to have Understanding of nuances of web design for CMS (most importantly WordPress) Knowledge of Bootstrap & Foundation frameworks grid Experience of working with foreign (US, European) market Time management, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary Creative mindset, ability to think outside the box What we offer Working in a friendly, truly open-minded team Cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped offices Free coffee, tea, and snacks Social benefits package Competitive salary Official employment Paid vacation and sick leaves Minimal hierarchy and direct communication with interesting international clients and top managers Professional growth (including incentives for internal and external seminars and events) Team building activities If you think this role perfectly matches you, do not hesitate to apply!
