Prossimo Ristorante is seeking a skilled and experienced Line/Prep Cook to join our team. Located on Cherry Street, Prossimo is a small, family owned business that takes great care and pride in our reputation of incredible food and service. Responsibilities: Prepare and execute menu items in a timely and efficient manner Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of dishes Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Comply with all food safety and sanitation guidelines Requirements: Enthusiastic personalities ready to make incredible dishes Willing work ethics happy to do their best Genuine customer focused attitudes Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you're willing to learn, we're willing to teach you.
