Construction Force Services is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent / Foreman to oversee daily field operations on commercial, institutional, and public works construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate multiple trades, and a commitment to maintaining safe and productive job sites. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Running crews Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents. Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control standards. Coordinate deliveries, manpower, and project logistics. Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company and OSHA regulations. Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors. Prepare daily reports and project updates. Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience as a Superimtendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role. OSHA 30 Card, 62 HR SST valid drivers license Must have extensive knowledge of all construction trades, including: Carpentry Electrical Plumbing HVAC Masonry Roofing Concrete Drywall Painting Site Work Valid driver's license required. **Hourly pay depends on experience
