As a member of our experienced team in Munich/Germany, you will help and take ownership of design and development tasks for cryogenic high speed electric pumps, propulsion system trade-studies, electric motor designs and closed-loop throttling valves for rocket engines. You will also assist and perform iterative testing of the above-mentioned systems and products. Currently enrolled student in a relevant engineering / science discipline electrical / mechatronics / aerospace engineering or equivalent Motivated, pragmatic, and self-organized personality Eager to take responsibility Knowledge on mechanics, mechanical engineering Strong knowledge e-machines and control theory Knowledge on cryogenic systems appreciated Hands-on mindset & experience for hardware related activities (inspection, assembly, testing) appreciated Fluency in English, German and further languages are appreciated Internship can be mandatory or voluntary Above average remuneration Guided but self-determined problem solving to realize your ideas Deep dive into the domain of commercial spaceflight and mobility Opportunity for an adjacent employment as working student or for thesis Flexible entry date, the sooner the better with flexible working hours Holiday entitlement above German standards
