ARCHITECT - DUBLIN

TODD Architects is a client focused, multi award-winning practice with studios in Belfast, London, Dublin and Manchester. We’re a dynamic and collaborative cross regional practice. As early adopters of BIM, we have UKAS-accredited BIM certification and embrace progressive workflows across all our projects. Key Areas of Responsibility: Due to continued project successes across the practice, we are looking to appoint qualified Architects to work on a diverse range of projects across Ireland and the UK, joining our team based in the Dublin studio. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects across spanning a variety of sectors and stages, within a supportive and collaborative team environment. • RIAI or equivalent registration and 5+ years post-qualification experience • Strong technical knowledge of Building Regulations • Proficiency in Revit • Experience delivering planning and tender packages • Contract Administration (Public Works Contracts experience preferable) • Health sector experience preferable but not essential • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills • An ability to run projects, working both independently and as part of a team on tasksAt TODD Architects we’re not all the same and our diverse backgrounds and experiences inform our commitment to creating people-centred buildings and places.
