As a Credit Controller you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Credit Control team and working successfully with our Head of Credit Control to achieve great things together. You’ll: Managing own portfolio of clients Proactively chasing outstanding debt by telephone, email and letter Building positive relationships with client while confidently requesting payments Agreeing and monitoring payment arrangements Investigating and resolving queries Keeping accurate records of cash collection Reviewing aged debt and prioritising accounts according to risk and value Working closely with the wider finance team to resolve issues Identifying opportunities to improve processes and cash collection Hungry for a new challenge, you’ll: Have previous Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or debt collection experience and confident managing your own workload. Be tech-savvy, with a experience using Xero & Excel (knowledge of CCH is also desirable but not essential).
