Ecommerce Specialist

The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for operating the B2C websites including managing the assortment (add, remove, edit), optimizing the purchase & checkout funnels, monitoring & updating onsite search, merchandising, and recommending data & customer-based optimizations. Manage product listings on all B2C websites (add, edit, remove) Develop strategic plans for leveraging B2C sites, with a focus on onsite Search, promotional execution, organic search ranking improvements, and conversion rate optimization Monitor and report on performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing Leverage data to identify opportunities in products, services, and any site performance issues to resolve them accordingly Optimize feeds to key 3rd party sites (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Meta) Work closely with Go-to-Market Team, Creative Operations, and Sales to optimize content, execute promotions, and deliver high quality leads Identify and prioritize website improvement requirements to IT for site enhancements Ability to adapt to new technologies Detail orientated Excellent written communication skills Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities A results focused, data driven mindset We are a tight-knit group, and we understand the needs of our teammates.
