This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community. As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support to help the people we support live as independently as possible and enjoy the things that matter to them. Your role could include: Supporting individuals with their daily routines and activities Promoting independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing Supporting people to access the local community, appointments and activities Building positive and trusting relationships Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate records Working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals Encouraging and supporting people to achieve their personal goals Every day is different, and every day you have the opportunity to make a positive difference.
