You will bring a combination of external market expertise, deep MSP/workforce-solutions knowledge and strong program management capability . You will be expected to challenge existing ways of working where appropriate, identify best practices and help turn them into a practical global approach. The role requires someone who can operate comfortably between strategy and execution: someone who understands the detail of MSP and workforce solutions, but can also step back and see how these services should work as part of a scalable international portfolio. We are therefore not looking for a generic Program Manager or an operational MSP account lead. We are looking for someone with genuine MSP/workforce-solutions expertise who can use that knowledge to shape and implement complex global transformation .
