Sr. Full Stack Technical Architect

About the Role As Copado expands its reach into the multi-cloud ecosystem, the Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect & Senior Manager will be the cornerstone of our engineering excellence and leadership in the APAC region. This role is responsible for architecting and leading the development of our most complex multi-cloud products, including MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Commerce, and Marketing Cloud, as well as specialized deployment engines for nCino and CPQ. The mission is to bridge the gap between high-level product vision and robust technical execution. You will serve as the Head of the Jaipur Engineering Team, ensuring that our "Data Deployer" and multi-cloud integration suites are built on scalable, secure, and modern Salesforce patterns while driving a culture of high performance and professional growth. You are a Fullstack-capable visionary who understands how to weave Salesforce DX, AI (Agentforce), and modern web stacks (Angular/Node) into a seamless enterprise DevOps platform using containerized environments. What You'll Do Architecture & Innovation: Define reference architectures for Data Cloud and Agentforce integrations while driving AI-driven features into production to accelerate customer implementation Team & Site Leadership: Lead, coach, and scale a 10+ engineer team in Jaipur, fostering high engagement, resource alignment, and Agile/Scrum delivery excellence across global commitments Deployment & CI/CD Optimization: Architect unified SFDX-based pipelines with complex package dependencies, reducing nCino and CPQ deployment error rates by 20% Containerization & Standardization: Standardize development environments using Docker to ensure consistency across local and global engineering teams What We're Looking For Salesforce & Integration Mastery: 10+ years of Salesforce expertise (Apex patterns, LWC, Multi-Cloud) with deep knowledge in Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Large Data Volumes (LDV) for nCino and CPQ DevOps, Fullstack & Cloud Fluency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX/2GP, Docker containerization, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and modern development stacks (Angular, Python, Node.js, Bash) Engineering Leadership & Mentorship: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, offering technical coaching, conducting performance reviews, and building a high-accountability culture Operational & Stakeholder Excellence: Strong background in Agile ceremonies, strategic resource planning, and communicating complex technical risks to senior leadership and global partners Copado is Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
