Launch Project Management Advanced Engineer

Trouble free launch of new products in line with predefined targets about own projects. - Support other project engineers and assist department manager for team improvement and management. - Set up and follow up project planning, timely execution of APDS tasks addressed to the plant - Animation of a cross-functional team supporting the project in the plant - Interface with development/sales/purchasing teams in China and/or overseas - Plant readiness including all required manufacturing resources (lines, machines, molds, gauges, procurement, human resources, documentation…) - Trouble-free product or process transfers from oversea operations to China, - Good project hand-over with production, - Lead the customer delivery before SOP, DV and PV parts building, etc
