Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve : Ensure product quality and compliance with customer and company standards. Manage customer complaints and internal quality issues using structured problem-solving methods. Conduct product and process audits and monitor corrective actions. Train operators on quality tools and standards. Oversee sorting, inspections, and non-conforming product management. Support production launches and drive process stability. Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on defect and scrap reduction. Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure rapid issue resolution. If you have/are: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive quality. Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, PDCA, 5 Why, Ishikawa, MSA, SPC). Understanding of IATF 16949 requirements and customer-specific requirements. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. English required; French is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and drive continuous improvement.
