Role Description Involved in setting budgets including continous follow up Maintain relations with tenants and operating technical partners Involved in Broadgates ESG initiatives Perform market research for leasing, investment calculations for tenant improvements and showings of vacant units Performing cost analysis Follow up on mandatory requirements Drafting and signing of lease agreements Involved in property development projects Profile Broadgate seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, with a strong desire to learn, relentless drive and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavours Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills including financial analysis Team player with good communication skills with a genuine interest in business and real estate Fluent in Swedish and English Previous work experience within the field is a requirement Application We are looking to recruit a full time Junoir Asset Manager and will go through applications continously.
