Accounting Assistant

In this role, you’ll: Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of vendor statements prior to payment runs Accurately process Accounts Payable entries and check runs Manage Accounts Receivable processing and prepare bank deposits Obtain required documentation to onboard and set up new vendors Enter and manage job data in Fishbowl Perform comprehensive monthly financial reconciliations Provide operational backup to the team as needed Important skills for this role: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail Strong organizational and coordination skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a variety of calls and/or emails daily Perform various clerical and operational tasks Past accounting experience desired This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes’ headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now.
