We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Framer to join our team! In this role, you'll work in a warehouse setting, assembling and building wall panels for new home construction. This is a unique opportunity to work with Idaho's #1 Home Builder, CBH Homes, in a controlled environment, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our building process! Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Precisely measure, cut, and assemble lumber to build wall panels. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Ensure all work meets our quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and safe work environment. Help keep the workspace clean and organized. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in framing or a related construction trade. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Strong knowledge of various hand and power tools used in framing.
