Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver interactive, age-appropriate math lessons that align with the National Curriculum requirements for the Primary Stage. Create a vibrant and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and enthusiasm for mathematics. Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and maximize student engagement. Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey. Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and a growth mindset through diverse learning activities and challenges. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student achievements and areas for improvement. Engage in continuous professional development to refine teaching methodologies and stay updated with educational best practices. Contribute to fostering a strong school community through collaboration with colleagues and participation in school events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Teaching qualification with a focus on Primary Education is preferred. Experience teaching mathematics aligned with the National Curriculum is a plus. Strong understanding of effective educational practices and methodologies for primary-level teaching.
