We are committed to an active Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, which starts with our recruitment and selection process. Everyone is welcome at M&S. No exceptions. It’s your background, abilities and differences that make you, uniquely you. And when you’re part of M&S, that individuality has the potential to make waves. Innovative products, a passion for quality and a total commitment to great customer service are all hallmarks of our business. You’ll ensure these are deeply ingrained in your team and store. At the same time, you’ll keep your team well-informed – setting targets, updating them on promotions, motivating them and managing performance. Requirements You’ll be an experienced retailer with the commercial, leadership and operational skills to create the ultimate shopping experience. You’ll need the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You’ll be well-organized, with a business management mindset, on top of stock control, staffing issues and in-store standards, while monitoring costs and driving profitable sales. If you have all of the above, and you are also tech aware, university graduate and fluent in English, you can apply by sending your CV.
