About the role We are looking for a Relationship Manager, Private Wealth to build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, drive new client acquisition and AUM growth, and provide tailored investment solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Relationship Manager, Private Wealth Responsibilities Achieve personal KPIs related to new high-net-worth client acquisition, AUM growth, and revenue targets. Actively prospect and engage potential clients from own connections and resources, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product pitches tailored to client needs. Promote brokerage products, equities, mutual funds, structured products, derivatives and private banking services. Conduct market and client research to identify potential sales and growth opportunities. Provide administrative support, including account openings, documentation, and compliance checks. Participate in client meetings, events, and roadshows to generate leads and strengthen relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (risk, operations, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth client journey. Comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and relevant laws and regulations of the capital market. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related fields; with relevant licenses issued by SEC such as IC or IP. Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in Wealth Management or Relationship Management functions facing HNWIs, private investment companies and family offices, focusing of trading/investment products. Proven track record of top sales performance in previous roles and portable AUM are a strong plus. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with financial products, including equities, futures/options and wealth management products, is a huge plus. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of KYC, AML, and compliance standards; regulatory certifications are a plus.
