What Makes You a Great Fit 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, digital marketing, or a related role. Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager . Good understanding of paid search, paid social, lead generation, and campaign optimisation. Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager . Understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion tracking, landing-page optimisation, and digital funnels . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimisation opportunities. Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and cost per lead . Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis.
