The role offers an opportunity to work in a technology-driven environment focused on improving automotive services through digital platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of relevant experience , strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and business teams. Requirements Key Responsibilities Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned business or technology initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Contribute to technology-driven improvements across automotive and vehicle lifecycle management processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and operational activities. Identify process gaps and recommend opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved service delivery . Assist in troubleshooting operational or technology-related issues and ensure timely resolution. Monitor assigned activities, timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process records. Collaborate with technology and operations teams to improve customer experience and service efficiency. Support the adoption of digital platforms, automation tools, and data-driven processes. Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing operational effectiveness. Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and service requirements. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively follow up on pending tasks and dependencies. What Makes You a Great Fit 4+ years of relevant professional experience in technology, automotive, operations, service management, or a related domain.
